Synchroniser Rings
VTL offer a wide range of synchronizer rings made from high tensile brass (OF 2805, 2260, 2261, and 2211 equivalent Mitsubishi MBA2 and MBA5) ranging from 35mms to 130mms of external diameter.
These can be supplied in the form of single, double and triple cone configurations as components or assemblies depending on the customer application and requirements.
Forging is undertaken on fully automated horizontal presses including disking and clipping operations.
The machining operation is performed on fully automated CNC turning lathes, with specifically designed holding equipment to maximize accuracy and capability while reducing the cost of our products.
